Our Contract with You
Your online order is an offer to buy from us. A contract between us is made if and only when we actually despatch the goods you ordered to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. This may be for reasons out of our control, for example, if a limited edition item has sold out with the manufacturer, or if a manufacturer has ceased production of a product included in your order. If we are unable to supply your order, we will cancel your order and refund any monies you may have paid.
A contract will be made between you and us at the point when the goods you have ordered are despatched to you from our premises.
Description and Prices – Error and Omissions Excepted (E&OE)
The description and prices payable for the items or services that you order are set out in our brochures and/or website. From time to time, occasional errors or inaccuracies in pricing, images, codes, sizing, dimensions, capacities and descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to remove from sale any item that is not correctly priced.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed through an encrypted service provided by Stripe. Credit cards are always debited in UK pounds sterling. Please note that payment will be taken in full at the time or ordering.
We also accept payments by cheque, bank transfer or cash in person in one of our stores. If you wish to pay by one of these methods then please choose “Cash” as a method of payment during the online ordering process and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment. If you have not heard from us within 2 working days then please call 01924 362510 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. It would be helpful if you could contact us to discuss your return so we can advise the best way to proceed. You can contact us on 01924 362510 or email to email@example.com.
Please note that you will need to ensure that the item(s) will need to be in perfect condition and in original undamaged packaging.
Your returns should be securely packaged and include your order details and copies of any order documentation and sent to:

Alternatively, you may return your order in person at one of our stores.
We recommend using a trackable service to make your return as we cannot accept responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit to our premises. You will need to bear the cost of the return unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card on which the payment was originally made. Please allow up to 14 days before a refund will reach your account. We will not be responsible for any financial or interest charges you may incur whilst waiting for your refund to be made.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, then please notify us within 5 days of receipt. If you can, please take photographs of the broken item and any packaging. Please phone us on 01924 362510 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can advise you how to proceed.
