We used to be a china shop. But now - we're much more than that. Across our ten stores, we offer an unrivalled collection of China, Crystal, Collectables, Commemoratives (many of them Royal Events) and Cookware. Our story goes back over 50 years, during which time, as a family retail business, we've earned a reputation as the UK's leading supplier of prestige branded gifts.
Consequently, we bring 50 years of customer-focused dedication and experience to all elements of our business. Some would say we're a small company. This enables us to adopt a friendly and personal approach with our customers. All of us are committed to doing the very best we can for every single one of our customers.

Many items are in stock and will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being received. In the UK, your goods should arrive within 5 working days, unless you’ve requested express delivery. To find out more about shipping and delivery, click here. Delivery overseas is usually between 5 days and 2 weeks, depending on the precise destination of the package.
If we don’t have your item in stock, we’ll notify you immediately and inform you as to how long delivery will be.

If your goods are faulty or damaged, simply return them and we’ll either replace the item(s) or give you a full refund (including your postage costs).
