Our Returns & Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event of you receiving your goods damaged, we won't make things difficult. We simply ask that, within ten days of receiving the parcel, you email us a photograph of the packaging and the damaged goods themselves and we'll replace them free of charge, including your shipping costs. Of course, if you prefer, we’ll give you a full refund.
Depending on the amount of damage, we might ask you to return the item to us; we’ll let you know about our preferred carrier and refund your total costs.
If the goods you purchase aren’t suitable for your needs, then they can be returned. Just call us on +44 (0)1924 362510 or send us an email, within 28 days of receipt of your goods, and we’ll let you know our preferred method of shipment. Once the item(s) (in the original packaging and in perfect condition) are back with us, then we’ll be pleased to supply an alternative or give you a refund, whichever you prefer. We won’t be able to refund your costs for shipping the goods back to us.
We're sorry - but for reasons of Health & Safety, we don’t accept the return of jewellery items.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
