The Information We Collect
In order to process your orders, we require some essential information from you. We need your name, address, telephone number and email address. If your goods are to be sent to an alternative address, we’ll need that name and address too. All this data is retained on our back-office system, which is secured and encrypted by GlobalSign.
Your payment details are stored on an independent secure payment gateway which is SagePay.
This system doesn’t allow us to view your complete payment details.
If we need you to verify your payment details by telephone we only store the data on SagePay.
Use of Your Personal Data
We use your information to provide you with customer service. We might use the data to maintain a history of your purchases. This is often helpful if we’re dealing with an enquiry from you about your past orders. It also enables us to tell you about new product, special offers and promotions that are relevant to you.
