authenticity. From then on, whether capturing the majesty of Buckingham Palace, recreating the intricate thatch motifs decorating the roofs of traditional country cottages or reflecting the sacred character of the smallest church, the Lilliput creative team of designers, sculptors and artists have delighted collectors with their miniature designs. With their fascinating insights into many aspects of Britain’s architectural heritage, Lilliput Lane cottages evoke ever-stronger nostalgia for bygone times.
Hand-made and painted in the Scottish Borders by skilled craftsmen and artists, Lilliput Lane cottages have changed subtly over the years. Many designs now include illuminated doors and windows, movement or music, whilst the enchanting winter and snow-themed cottages are of tremendous appeal during the festive season.
